Acceptance

By adding Nozomi to your server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service and to Discord's Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.

Permitted use

Nozomi is provided to assist players of the Mudae Discord bot. You may use it to:

• Track Mudae events such as claims, divorces, trades, gifts, and roll counts.
• Manage wish-series lists and receive roll-reset reminders.
• Run kakera-share and auction features within your server.
• Run utility commands such as colour generation, image uploading, fast searching, and more.

Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Attempt to abuse, spam, or overload the bot or its infrastructure.
• Use the bot to harass, harm, or deceive other users.
• Attempt to exploit bugs or reverse-engineer the bot for malicious purposes.
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service while using the bot.

Violations may result in your user or server being blocked from using the bot, temporarily or permanently, at the developer's discretion.

Availability and data

Nozomi is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantees. The developer reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the bot at any time. While backups are maintained, there is no guarantee against data loss. Do not rely on the bot as your sole record of information.

Disclaimer of warranties

The bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any loss of in-game progress, data, or any other damages arising from the use or unavailability of Nozomi.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Major changes will be announced in the support server.
